FAQs: That's a great question!

Q: When are the live calls?

A: They're at 10:30 AM Central time on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays. The first one will be on 1/20. They'll be recorded if you can't make it live, and you'll have lifetime access to the recordings.
On opposite weeks, we'll have optional (but highly encouraged) small group calls. Experience has proven that the bakers who participate the most actively in the community gain the most value from the Inner Circle Program.0

Q: I haven’t started selling yet. Can I still join?

A: The Inner Circle is for bakers who are already confidently baking bread in bulk batches and have already completed the requirements in their states to legally sell under their state's cottage food laws. If you're not quite there, you'll probably be ready for the next round of the Inner Circle!

Q: I've been selling for over a year. Would I still benefit from joining?

A: Absolutely. The community alone is worth the price of admission, but also, as our businesses grow, we need to constantly adapt our processes and strategies. The six Bread Winner pillars are crucial and applicable whether you're 3 weeks or 3 years into your microbakery journey.

Q: I'm not sure if I'm ready to make such an investment. It feels like a lot.

A: Think about it this way: If you're selling 10 loaves per week now, but the strategies and guidance in the Inner Circle help you grow to confidently selling 30 loaves per week, you've already made back your investment 3x. You could certainly figure it out all by yourself by piecing together advice on the internet, but the Inner Circle helps you fast track your growth and skip a lot of the learning curve.
